UCR Summer Bot-B-Que

Saturday August 26th at the Utah Arts Hub.

Plastic ANTWEIGHT (1-lb) and FAIRY (150g) event.

This is a build and battle event.

An antweight arena will be there indoors for battling with a two-chip ante system. Start with two chips, find a fight and put a chip on the line. Winner of the match takes both chips. Most chips at the end of the event wins the weight class.

$10 for each human, regardless of bots, or just spectating.

Bots will follow Sparc Ruleset http://sparc.tools/

Hopefully a small prize or less punishment for winners. The main part of this event will be demonstrating the build of some small kit robots to teach basic wiring and skills. Anyone can bring any bot, but we probably won't let high kinetic energy beetles in the ant arena.

So come out with a bot and fight or just come out and hang with like minded bulders and finally finish your bot, or come learn about the ins and outs of Combat Robotics.
