It's Adelaide Robot Combat's big annual event! This year, we're hosted by Science Alive again which will be held at the Adelaide Showgrounds!

Registration cost for each tournament will be applicable, specific pricing will be communicated later. Teams will be given free access to the Science Alive event.
The following classes will be competing in round robin tournaments followed by single elimination finals (no loan bots will be available for hire in this event).
- A League Antweights (150g Destructive), 40 Spaces available - SATURDAY/SUNDAY ONLY
- Beetleweights (1.36kg/3lb), 24 Spaces available - SATURDAY/SUNDAY ONLY
- Hobbyweights (5.44kg/12lb), 24 Spaces available - FRIDAY ONLY
- Sportsman (13.6kg/30lb), 24 Spaces available - SATURDAY/SUNDAY ONLY

Please have a look at our modified SPARC ruleset. It outlines a few minor changes for our events, along with custom transmitter details and Sportsman rules to align with Robowars Australia.
All competitors are expected to be familiar with the rulesets below. Any violation may result in event disqualification.
Tournament Weekend Details:
Friday August 1st
- Hobbyweight tournament held on this day.
- 8:00am - 9:00am Exhibitor and competitor arrival time
- 9:00am - 3:00pm Open to school students
- 5.30pm - Exhibitor access closes
- Science Alive hosts a STEM day on the Friday for students to come and visit before the main public weekend.
- This will be a great opportunity to do your safety checks, final tinkering and show off your bots!!
- We would welcome as many as can make it to help us have a strong presence on the STEM day to answer questions and maybe get some kids into combat robotics!!
Saturday August 2nd
- Beetleweight round robin tournament held over 5 sessions through the day.
- Sportsman round robin tournament held over 5 sessions through the day.
- Antweight tournament held informally between Beetleweight/Sportsman sessions.
- 8:00am - 9:00am Exhibitor and competitor arrival time and bump in
- 9:00am - 5:00pm Open to public
- 5.30pm - Exhibitor access closes
Saturday August 3rd
- Beetleweight round robin tournament and finals. Held over 6 sessions through the day.
- Sportsman round robin tournament and finals. Held over 6 sessions through the day.
- Antweight tournament held informally between Beetleweight/Sportsman sessions.
- 8:00am - 9:00am Exhibitor and competitor arrival time and bump in
- 9:00am - 5:00pm Open to public
- 5:00pm - 8:00pm Pack up/move out
- Each team will have free access to the event, you will recieve an email in the weeks prior with access details. Please send any friends or family to want to come to Science Alive this link to buy their tickets: www.sciencealive.net.au/
- Unfortunately parking will not be provided for the event. We suggest using public transport to get to the event. Showgrounds Exhibitor parking can be prepurchaced closer to the event.
Pricing:
- $15 per antweight entry, $5 for each additional bot entered.
- $25 per beetleweight entry, $15 for each additional bot entered.
- $30 per hobbyweight entry, $20 for each additional bot entered.
- $35 per sportsman entry, $25 for each additional bot entered.

Bump In Details:
- Bump in 8:00am - 9:00am Friday and Saturday. Please arrive early to allow time for safety checks.
- Make sure that any 240V equipment that you will bring with you gets tested and tagged. This will be a requirement of the venue.
Set Up:
- We will be setting the arena and equipment up on Thursday the 31st of July. Please let us know if you can help out - helpers will need additional to do a safety induction. Any help will be welcome!
